Has God made you a promise which has still not come to pass? Are you tired of waiting? Do you feel like throwing in the towel? I know how you feel. Been there, done that and still there…lol

But guess what? It is never time to give up. Wait on the Lord. Keep believing because He who promised is faithful and will do what He said He would do (Hebrews 10:23). He is not a man that He should lie (Numbers 23:19) and so we can trust in Him. He works on His time, not ours. He sees the big picture of our lives and as the architect of our lives, He brings things into being at just the right time, when it is good for us. Remember, as a good Father, He only gives good and perfect gifts (James 1:17). He will not withhold what is good from His children (Psalm 84:11). It is all a matter of trusting His perfect timing.

I know, I know that waiting is not easy. But rest assured that He is using this time to prepare you for what He has in store for you. He is developing the fruit of the Spirit in you, one of which is patience. It is said that patience is a virtue with a lot of WAIT. That is certainly the case. Allow patience to have its perfect work in you so that you become complete and mature, lacking nothing (Jame 1:4).

He is also developing your character so that when the promise is fulfilled, you will be ready and able to handle it. Don’t rush ahead of God. Allow Him to work in His time and His way.

So be encouraged. Trust the process. At the right time, it will happen.
